MSE Hiller are pleased to announce that we have been successful in gaining the Centrifuge Maintenance, Overhaul and Hire Services Framework with the Northumbrian Water Group.

Northumbrian Water covers an area of some 9,422 Sq km with 2.5 m water customers and 2.7 m waste water customers.  With over 400 treatment works and some 77,850 te’s dry sludge produced per annum the maintenance and overhaul of it’s installed centrifuge base is a crucial operation.

The service and support supplied by MSE Hiller from it’s purpose built facility at Markham Vale backed up with on-site service engineers will ensure through a regular condition monitoring service that the machines are always maintained and in a first class working condition.

The framework which started on the 1st October 2015 runs for a three year period and has a possible extension period for a further two years.

MSE Hiller were the only company to be awarded on all three lots which also covered major overhaul and hire services to the Northumbrian Water Group.

The fleet of mobile sludge dewatering rigs available from MSE Hiller cover capacities from 1 to 120 m3/hr and are available for deployment at short notice for temporary sludge dewatering at clean water and waste water treatment sites.
